We made a change in EP-Launch for version 2.1 which fixed this problem on some
Windows Vista machines, but apparently not for all Vista machines.
Would you please tell me which specific version of Windows Vista you are
running? Is the Aero feature active? Also, please confirm that the version ID
in the lower left corner of EP-Launch is 2.1.0.023.
