[EnergyPlus_Support] Help!! - Estimating Extraction Zone Air Temperature

Dear All,

I´m currently simulating a small school, with only Ventilation and
Heating requirements. For heating, the school as hot water radiators,
with water supplied by a boiler. Ventilation is assured by simple
ventilators. As usual, air is extracted by ventilators in the bathrooms.
I have two questions:

1: I have calculated zone loads, but i also have to estimate zone
extraction air temperature and for that I´m studying the AIRFLOW
NETWORK group. It seems that I have to specify a complete air network,
is there any other simple away of doing this?

2: I´m using the BASEBOARD HEATER:Water:Convective from the
Radiative/Convective Units group to model the BASEBOARD equipment. I´m
also thinking about a possibility to model the radiators with the
CompactHVAC objects.
Is it possible to use the COMPACT HVAC:ZONE(and SYSTEM):VAV by just
filling the BASEBOARD fields and "turning off" the AHU suplly fan?
EPLUS creates objects in the BASEBOARD HEATER:Water:Convective,
however, I´m a little bit unsafe about this procedure. Can you give me
a hand about this issue?
