EnergyPlus output is always in Standard Time.  If there are internal gains or 
thermostat schedules which change during the day, you should see a shift in the 
time these occur when the daylight savings period beings or ends.  If the 
entire simulation is passive, or internal gains and thermostat settings are the 
same 24/7, then you will see no difference in results.
