Before your input file crashes (at least in V2.1), it issues an error 
in the .err file:

    ** Severe  ** GetZoneEquipment: Number of Zone Equipment lists 
[6] not equal Number of Controlled Zones [4]
    **   ~~~   ** ..Each Controlled Zone must have a corresponding 
(unique) Zone Equipment List
    **  Fatal  ** GetZoneEquipment: Incorrect number of zone equipment lists
    ...Summary of Errors that led to program termination:
    ..... Reference severe error count=1
    ..... Last severe error=GetZoneEquipment: Number of Zone 
Equipment lists [6] not equal Number of Controlled Zones [4]


I will work on the crash as well but you might fix the above and see 
if it will run.
