A new EPW for Tabua, Portugal has been posted on the YahooGroup web site under http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/EnergyPlus_Support/files/Meteonorm_Weather_Files/
 
PRT_Tabua_MN6.zip  -- includes the EPW, STAT, INFO (from Meteonorm), and DDY (design day conditions).
 
As with all Meteonorm files, you need to check the file to make sure it is consistent with your understanding of the location and its weather patterns..  Read the 'AAA_ReadMeFirst.txt' file before using this EPW.
