[EnergyPlus_Support] No "Other Zone" in Outside Face Environment

Sorry for bothering. i might have missed reading the answer to the 
question below in the documentation. 

"OtherZone" is not an available pull down option in my .idf. i can 
only find "OtherZoneSurface" the "OutsideFaceEnvironment" field.

i can see "OtherZone" in the example files ChangeoverBypassVAV.idf and 
ChangeoverBypassVAV.idf where there in an entry in 
the "OutsideFaceEnvironmentObject" field.
