[EnergyPlus_Support] E+ crash

Dear E+ specialists,

My simulations are are crashing and I cannot find the reason. I am using 
E+ version 1.3.0.018 and attached you can see the related 
dos-description of the problem.
Sometimes if I start the .idf file the installation routine of Autodesk 
(Autocad/Architectural Desktop) automatically begins,  could this be 
part of the problem?
