[EnergyPlus_Support] temperature set points

hi All
I have a model that I am exporting to E+ from ecotect. The problem I 
have is that E+ seems to be setting the temperature set points to 
0degC, and is so taking a huge cooling load. I do get this error 
message, but still can't rectify it:
