I think your error is not related with your question.
To fix error, you need to change the report variable name. Check .rdd file
and you will find the correct variable name should be:
INFILTRATION SENSIBLE HEAT LOSS
There is no "'" between INFILTRATION and SENSIBLE

You may check the setpoint in ECOTECT.
