[EnergyPlus_Support] SINGLE DUCT:VAVHEATANDCOOL:NOREHEAT not responding to Purchase Air

Dear all, 

i used two temperatures in my Purchase air supply to SINGLE 
DUCT:VAVHEATANDCOOL:NOREHEAT and got the same zone temperatures. 

These zone temperatures are also not near to my Heating Setpoints and 
Cooling setpoints. 

Anyone willing to help?
