RE: [EnergyPlus_Support] SINGLE DUCT:VAVHEATANDCOOL:NOREHEAT not responding to Purchase Air

Purchased Air doesn't work that way.  It is not possible to mix a
Purchased Air and SINGLE DUCT:VAVHEATANDCOOL:NOREHEAT in the same
system.  Purchased Air is an idealized system on its own and is not to
be used as a component within a built up air system.  Purchased Air
doesn't need any Air Distribution Equipment.  To use that terminal unit
you would need a complete Air Primary Loop.  

 

I am surprised the model runs at all, please upload your file to help us
change the program to better detect this type of bad input.

Dear all, 

i used two temperatures in my Purchase air supply to SINGLE 
DUCT:VAVHEATANDCOOL:NOREHEAT and got the same zone temperatures. 

These zone temperatures are also not near to my Heating Setpoints and 
Cooling setpoints. 

Anyone willing to help?
