[EnergyPlus_Support] Ventilated facade



I'm trying to simulate a very simple cell test including a ventilated facade.

I've used the ExteriorVenetedNaturalCavity I've obtained surprising results Heating energy is very very higher than the same cell without ventilated facade and Cooling energy is very very lower.

Then I've tried with attached shade object placed in front of the wall results are more believable a higher Heating and a lower Cooling energy is calculated.

But in my opinion is there is too much difference between models

 

What I'm doing wrong?

Which is the correct object to be used?
