If you look at the expidf output file (the expanded idf file from Compact 
HVAC), you will see no ZONE EXHAUST FAN objects.  Compact HVAC only creates a 
supply fan.  All supply air flow is assumed to return to the air loop.  If you 
want to add a zone exhaust fan, you will have to edit the expidf file and save 
it to a new name.
