The chilled beam model used in (for example) Doe-2 is convective only. A 
similar effect can
be obtained in EnergyPlus by using a central forced air system with 4 pipe
induction terminal units (SINGLE DUCT:CONST VOLUME:4 PIPE INDUC).

The chilled beam model in EnergyPlus is overdue; it will be implemented 
in the
near future.
