Strictly considering the ASHRAE 90.1 Appendix G modeling requirements:
 The "Baseline" models are required to use a lightweight wall
construction with actual overall "U" equal to the Table 5.5-5
requirement.  The "proposed" wall construction must use the actual
mass and other construction details, including consideration of
bridging effects.

This is general info related to the ASHRAE standard; I haven't looked
at the example files yet....
