[EnergyPlus_Support] Specifying Report Variables

Dear EPlus Support Group,

Two aspects of Report Variables are escaping me:
1) How do you know which "key_values" are available for a particular
report Variable and what it means?  For example, "Report Variable, *,
Fan Electric Power, hourly;" reports the SUM of fan power for all
zones.  "Report Variable, *, Zone Window Heat Gain, hourly;" reports
totals of each individual zone.  The "*" seems to result in different
reports depending on which Report Variable it is associated with.
2) Certain Report Variables don't have a definition in the Help file
(that I can find), such as "Direct Air Sensible Heating Rate".  Am I
missing something?
