How can I know the HVAC Sizing using the EPlus V1.4?

Is Version 2.1 according to the ASHRAE 140 - 2004?

There are tools to automatically 'transition' your IDF to the new
version. These are also available under the 
Files/Utilities portion of the EnergyPlus_Support YahooGroup web site.

Perhaps you should consider upgrading. The currect release is 2.1 
and in April we expect to release 2.2.
