RE: [EnergyPlus_Support] modelling an underground labyrinth



Thanks for that - exactly what I am after. Can I ask, does the earth tube
operate standalone, or as part of a loop? 

 

Also, say in the example of the intake type, the fan sucks the air through
the earth tube, and into the zone. How does the air escape the zone, just
naturally through gaps in the building? What parameter sets this flow?

Sounds like an earth tube. There is at least one example file and
documentation on earth tubes.
