Good to see you in this group.
 
I totally accord with the suggestion provided by JV Dirkes. Ideally an HVAC system should be defined parametrically and modeled within Energy Plus using Compact description. But, in case of Simple HVAC system, it should defined using plant seasonal efficiency data and should be modeled outside Energy Plus ie. within DB.
