I don´t know if I understand your question. 
When I rotate  the building in  90º and 270º,  i thaugh  that  they  should be  the  same  results  in  90º  Zona1  and  270º Zona2, because they have the same caracteristic and the same orientation in this conditions of orientation. But they are diferent, between them, and Zone1 is always warmer than Zone2. That seems to be so rare to me. I hope this answer your question, thanks...
