Hello Don,

The purpose of this simulations is to evaluate the annual consumption
of an existing building optimesed to a passive one. 

One simulation will not account for any HVAC system and the purpose is
to know how the model behaves in free-float mode only with natural
ventilation, infiltration, etc. Further I want to determine zones
interior temperature and obtain the number of annual hours in which
the temperature is within the ASHRAE 55-2004 standard. 

A second simulation must be performed, this time with an HVAC
system(mechanical ventilation with heat recovery), in order to
evaluate the airtightness of the building.

Can you give me some guidance help?
