[EnergyPlus_Support] Heat Transfer between buildings next to each other

Dear All,

I´m performing a simulation in which the building is in contact with
another one and its zones(each one from the different buildings) are
with similar room air temperature conditions but there is a slight
heat transfer. In softwares like ESP-r there is other option rather
than "adiabatic" called "similar", that defines the heat transfer
surface  between two zones, each one from is respective building that
have similar air room conditions and as such, has slight heat
transfer. How can I define this in EPlus?
