Nuno,

You can define interzone partitions for these -- then you have to 
model the other zones.  This will give you an accurate heat transfer 
result between the two zones.

Or, you can look at the "OtherSideCoefficients" object that will 
allow you to model the other side temperatures.

Not sure what "similar" means. or what its limits would be.
