I set up a new object for CONTROLLER: VENTILATION: MECHANICAL to specify
Zone wise OA Flow rate/person + flow rate /m2

This works in addition to the OA Economiser. The minimum of which ever
ids greater is supplied.

Look at the Controller:Outside Air and Ventilation:Mechanical objects in

the Input Output Reference document and see if these meet your needs.
