[EnergyPlus_Support] Problems to run E+ at Vista Starter!

Hello everybody!

I'm running E+ under Windows Vista Starter OS and it gives me a error 
message:

Run-time error '401': can't show non-modal form when modal form is displayed

So, E+ closes and I can't visualize my simulations results...

Anyone could me help about this? Is E+ compatible with Windows Vista 
Starter or is it any misconfiguration problem?
