You can't replace the coils in the unitary systems with water coils. But
in SmOff the
systems are modeled as individual components on an air loop. You would
replace
the DXSystem:AirLoop with a chilled water coil and the COIL:Gas:Heating with
a hot water coil. An you would need to add a Controller:Simple to
control each water
coil.
