Hmm, that seems very complicated. Is there a quick and easy way to say open
all windows?

Read up on natural ventilation under the airflow network section--of the
Input-Output Reference. You can simulate natural ventilationn mechanical
ventilation or mixed mode (combined) with these airflow network objects.

Ecotect
you can set it so that the windows open when the outside air is closer

ideal than the inside to simulate the occupant behaviour.
