Yes, you can use revised discharge coefficient to include impact of shading 
devices. Since the airflow rate is assumed to be proportional to the opening 
area and discharge coefficient, the open area change can obtain the same 
impact.

It should be pointed out that linear interpolation is used to calculate the 
open area and discharge coefficient based on the opening factor. If the 
shading devices have highly non-linear impact on airflows, this method may 
not work well.
