The limit of 5C is about as low as you can go before ice builds up on 
the evaporator. There are no defrost calculations in the HP water 
heater, so you can't go below that limit. For cold climates, you can 
blend space air with outside air to keep the temperature above 5C. A 
schedule is used to accomplish this (last input in object), so you can 
blend air only when needed. You will also need to set up the nodes 
correctly for this to work.
