[EnergyPlus_Support] Huge space simulation

Now ,I'm simulating a huge space like a waiting room of 
railstation ,its height is 16m ,but its controled space is under 4m.I 
want to know how to deal with this situation. someone tell me to define 
it as two zone,but I do not think it is a good way .
