[EnergyPlus_Support] Const cop chiller

Hi
Currently, making a plant in the simulation target building.
But repeated problem appeared.
The cooling capacity of the building is 360USRT and Heating capacity is
800,000kcal/h.
I already entered value of big chiller water flow to autosizing.
Other field of chiller:electric are also autosized.
In the case, How much of evaporator and condenser volumetric flow?
I think this is a main problem for severe error.
Please let me the way to find problem.
