[EnergyPlus_Support] Economizer-Outside air

Hello,

I am trying to simulate an office building with an air system and getting the most of the free cooling available through the use of the economizer. I have set the minimum of outside air per zone to acomplish with the indoor air quality standard regulations, so the outside air varies from that minimum quantity to the maximum needed to meet the cooling load when outside conditions are appropirate.

But, when i ask for the Zone Mechanical Ventilation Total Volume of Outside Air, that amount is the same that the output for Zone Mechanical Ventilation Volume Flow Rate. My question is, how can I assure that there is some return air flow? Because it seems the system airflow is always outside air with no return rate.

Thank you,

Carmen Herrero.
