[EnergyPlus_Support] Modelling Pre-Heating and Pre-Cooling Coils

Hi folks

I am simulating a two-storey building in Texas with four zones (Server
Room, Basement, First Floor, and Second Floor). The basement is
conditioned by a multizone system with an air handler to pre-treat
outside air. I modelled this as a dual duct constant volume system
with pre-heating and pre-cooling coils. Following the outside air
node. I defined "SET POINT MANAGER:SCHEDULED" and "CONTROLLER:SIMPLE"
objects for both coils. The simulation runs fine, but I can't seem to
get the coils to work. They just don't pre-condition the outside air.

Can anyone help me sort this out? I've uploaded the input file to the
Problem Submittals Folder - it is named "Mihir Shah - Simple Model.idf"

PS: I tried to include the coils in the "AIR LOOP EQUIPMENT LIST",
butthe program just crashes if I do that.
