ooi,
you have to install EnergyPlugged on AutoCAD, you can download it 
from 
http://www.freewarefiles.com/EnergyPlugged-Beta_program_39460.html
EnergyPlugged requires AutoCAD 2007 or later to run and EnergyPlus 
V1.4 or later (probably previous versions too).
