[EnergyPlus_Support] Hybrid ventilation he is able?

Hybrid ventilation he is able?  
I have modeled a system with natural ventilation and now I have 
integrated a fan, that moves the air from an environment to the other. 
But this movement of air seems not to upset the natural ventilation and 
this it is not possible. Is there a way to model a hybrid system?   
I am using the version 1.2.0
