There have been many, many improvements/changes in natural
ventilation and hybrid systems (including adding a system
availability manager specifically for hybrid ventilation control in
2.1). The current version of EnergyPlus is 2.2 -- I suggest you
download it. We can assist in changing your file(s) from V1.2 to 2.2
