[EnergyPlus_Support] Monthly indoor load?

Hi,
I made a simualtion  building in order to know energy consumption 
depends on window rate of building outside surface.
First of all, I want know cooling and heating load.
So I reviewed the report variable  in the report field and  
I though zone total heat gain is cooling load and heating load.
But I realized that this was not cooling and heating load.
So what is the best way to find a cooling and heating load in the space?
I want to find the load variation tendency in the simulation target 
space.
Please let me know the way.
