[EnergyPlus_Support] U value Design Builder vs Energy Plus and Thermal Bridges

OK, but the idea was to make the E Plus U-Value become equal to the DB value.
So, should I increase the insulation on EPlus to decrease the U-value from 0,6 to 0,54?
Another subject, concerning the Thermal Bridges, is the following:
I created sub-surfaces (for instance with an R-Value of 0,005 - > U=200) on DB. Then after exporting to EPlus, it has created the correspondant  "opening" for each sub-        surface.
Can I use these "openings" EPlus U-values, to contabilize the thermal bridge losses  in an EPlus simulation?
Do I have to edit these U-Values until I achieve, for eg. U=200?

A L

I guess you would have to increase the thickness of insulation in DB until
you acheived the E+ U-value you are aiming for.

Thank you Andy
So, how can I solve the problem on E Plus and obtain U = 0,54.

U-values calculated and displayed by DesignBuilder use the UK methodology
including thermal bridging and specific inside and outside heat transfer
coefficients. EnergyPlus uses a more detailed calculation method for
evaluating heat transfer coefficient hence the difference and assumes
standard ASHRAE inside and outside conditions. Bear in mind that the
U-values calculated by DesignBuilder are not used in EnergyPlus simulations..

Dear Energy Plus Team:
When I inserted a certain Exterior Wall the Design Builder calculated a U =
0,54.
After, when I exported the file to Energy Plus and made the simulation, the
EPlus Report showed a U = 0,6. I think that this also happened for all the
other Building Constructions.
What is the reason?
