[EnergyPlus_Support] about the simulation of the constant flow boiler

Hi,all
I have another question about the simulation of the boiler.
When I simulate the constant flow boiler, the simulation result shows 
that the mass flow rate of the boiler is not constant. In some time, 
the value of the mass flow rate is smaller than the design value. 
I cannot understand it. Should the mass flow rate be the constant? Why 
does the constant flow boiler change the flow rate in some time?
Could you please help me?
