[EnergyPlus_Support] Non-zero zone loads produce zero system load

Dear E+ Forum,

My .eio file shows that each zone's heating load and airflow is > 0,
but the System load airflow = 0.  What might cause this?

   ** Warning ** Calculated heating design air flow rate for
system=AIRLOOP_AH1 is zero.
   **   ~~~   ** Check ZONE SIZING and ZONE CONTROL:THERMOSTATIC inputs.
   **  Fatal  ** InitializeRootFinder: Invalid min/max bounds
XMin=2.262496E-002 must be smaller than XMax=0.000000
