Re: [EnergyPlus_Support] Outward Facing angles of subsurfaces problem?

I'm a beginner. but i think i've experienced the same severe error in my project.
That's because the normal vector of some sub object (for example a window) is not the same as its base object.
I had used Ecotect to create and export geometry to EP, and therefore, using Ctrl_L in ecotect, I mirrored the normal vector of the subobjects.
But in EP you shoud revise the order of the vertexes of the sub object, based on the right hand rule, to correct the normal vector.

          hi
when I run my simulation with E+2.1 there is no problem but after
transition to E+2.2 I began to get error as below.
I checked the coordinates they seem true. What is the problem?
thank you very much

** Warning ** Requested Time Steps in Hour (1) is less than the

** Severe ** GetSurfaces: Some Outward Facing angles of subsurfaces
differ significantly from base surface.
