[EnergyPlus_Support] Suggestion re: Boiler:Simple object

Dear E+ Development Team,

A suggestion for a small improvement.

If using:
a) the Boiler:Simple object and the SET POINT MANAGER:OUTSIDE AIR
object (for resetting the boiler water temps), 

and:
b) if you neglect to provide a value for the "Temp Upper Limit Water
Outlet" field in the Boiler:Simple object,

The model runs, but the boiler water temperature remains near the low
end of the SET POINT MANAGER:OUTSIDE AIR reset schedule continuously.

It would be helpful to have a warning that the "Temp Upper Limit Water
Outlet" is too low.  Thanks for listening!
