[EnergyPlus_Support] Sizing Parameters object has no influence

Dear E+ Forum,

Results of a test are shown below, in which it seems that the Sizing
Parameters object has no influence at all.  The Zone Sizing object,
however, works as expected.  What might cause the Sizing Parameters
object to not function?

		Test 3:  Sizing Parameters object set for 1.0, Zone Sizing set at
1.15 (Expected change)
