[EnergyPlus_Support] HVAC System availability schedule

Hi Energy Plus Team
I have the following doubt:
For example, to make sure that an HVAC System only works from 8h to 20h, is it only necessary to create an availabity schedule from 8h to 20h?
On what HVAC Objects should this schedule be used?
