[EnergyPlus_Support] geothermal direct-use suggestions?

Hi,
I am trying to model a system where I am using low temperature (ie 135-
145F) geothermal well water through a flat plate heat exchanger to
supplement a propane boiler hot water loop for space heating. Does
anyone have any suggestions on the best way to go about this?

I already have my base building complete with a simple boiler and HW
loop serving Unit Ventilators in each zone for heating. My goal is to
add a parallel HW loop that can bypass the boiler when the geothermal
fluid can meet the load. I have to use a heat exchanger due to the
corrosive properties of the geothermal fluid, but am somewhat unsure as
to the best way to model this. I am new to E+ as well.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Ryan
