[EnergyPlus_Support] Single Zone air loop

Dear E+ Forum,

I have been trying unsuccessfully to model a single zone air handler
with OA Mixer, hot water coil, DX coil and fan.  Every attempt so far
has resulted in poor zone temperature control or simultaneous heating
and cooling (or both).

My current model is using Set Point Manager:Warmest for the single
zone system, and uses a schedule to turn the heating coil OFF in the
summer and cooling coil OFF in winter.  Zone temperature control is
still poor, though.

There are no example files that I can find which are similar, and I
cannot use a "Furnace" object because of the hot water heating coil.

Can someone offer assistance or guidance?
