The variable you have chosen to report, Opaque Inside face Conduction, does not have much meaning on a monthly basis.

More likely, you should be reporting things like Zone Air Temperature, Zone Window Heat Gain, etc.

Your meter values look fairly reasonable - heating in the colder months, cooling in the summer.
