[EnergyPlus_Support] problems from controlling a zone temperature and humidity

Helpers:

I have made a idf file to control the zone temperature and humidity.

My plan is:

A primary loop,structured like this: a Dediccant Dehumidifier:Solid 
Object----a Fan:Simple:Variable Volume Object---a Coil:Water:Cooling 
Object----a Humidifier:Steam:Electrical-----a Single 
Duct:VAV:NoReheat Object---a Zone-----(return to the Dediccant 
Dehumidifier:Solid Object)

Then, I use Set Point Manager:Single Zone MinHum/MaxHum to control 
the zone's relative humidity between 45~40.

But the result is:

                 MANY Warning AND Severe ERRORS!!!

Is the Primary Loop bad structured?

or 

Have attentions to the parameters setting?
