[EnergyPlus_Support] 3 Equipments in one controlled zone

Hi All,

I would like to model a zone heated by BASEBOARD 
HEATER:WATER:Convective, cooled by PACKAGED 
TERMINARL:AIRCONDITIONER, and ventilated by specific mechanical 
ventilation system.

So I made three idf files using the above systems one by one to size 
them, and put them together in one idf file referencing component 
values in eio and expidf files. 
But I could not handle the error message ¡°Last severe 
error=GetZoneEquipment: Duplicate Controlled Zone entered for 
zone=54P_104D¡± I¡¯m not convinced that there is something mistake 
in the idf file. But I have a primary ask on energy plus modeling.

1. Is it impossible to model 3 equipments serving one zone?
2. If 1 is possible, how can I solve this?
3. If 1 is impossible, the zone should be simulated separately one 
by one?
