[EnergyPlus_Support] Roof Problems

Hi, I am performing a simulation to determine the reduction of solar 
radiation for a building due to shadowing from another building. The 
problem I am having is that the roofs for some reason are not 
registering the direct solar radiation component. I will load the file 
with the problem with the name roof_problem. Any help will be greatly 
appreciated. Thanks.
